Our process begins with first contact – whether you were referred to us, or saw us through a seminar or an event, it starts with you reaching out to us.

After we return your call/contact, we seek to learn about your issues, and if they are not things we can help you with, we try to refer you to appropriate firms or entities. If we can help you, we will send out a packet asking you for information and schedule a consult (during the Corona Crisis, by phone or if appropriate Zoom) to delve deeper.

We frequently inspect and improver processes to deliver consistent, quality results for families. It is very rare for us to perform “ala carte transactional services” – as a boutique, we prefer to handle everything appropriate for the family from start to finish. We are NOT the least expensive firm, but we would like to think we are the most comprehensive.
